You may return the items bought online at full price within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Sale items can be exchanged or returned for a credit note that is valid for 6 months. Please click on the following link return authorisation form.  Download the form, fill in the details and include with your return goods.  No refunds or exchanges will be considered without the completed return authorisation form and proof of purchase.

We obviously ask that the product has not been used or worn, all labels are attached and that you take care to protect it when posting.  Please return goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.

If you find a fault… 

Please let us know by emailing info@jrsunglasses.com.au within 7 days of finding a fault. We will happily exchange the item if it is still in stock, refund the purchase price plus postage or we may be able to repair the item if it is no longer in stock.
