All products are carefully inspected and checked before they are packed and sent to you via Australia Post.

We process all orders within one business day. Shipping within Australia and to selected international destinations will take approximately 2-10 working days. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number. Damaged or loss in transit is rare. However, if this happens we will take responsibility for it. Please email us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived. Please note that your parcel will require a signature from Australia Post. Therefore please ensure you supply an address where you are available to sign for your package.

Once shipped you can track your order through the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track. Please use the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation. Note your tracking number will not appear on the Australia Post tracking system until it reaches the desitination's closest DC.

We ship within Australia as well as internationally. Shipping charges will be added when processing your shopping cart.
